With over 18 years of experience in strategic communications and regulatory engagement across technology and finance, she advises clients on navigating complex EU policy developments and turning them into clear, actionable strategies.

Most recently, she served as Global Head of Policy at the Web3 Foundation, the organisation behind Polkadot, leading the project through the first-ever U.S. Congressional joint committee hearing on crypto regulation. She engaged directly with with EU institutions including the European Commission, and ESMA, as well as international regulators such as UK Treasury, SEC, and CFTC.

Previously, she advised technology and financial services companies, including Amazon and Match Group, on regulatory strategy at a political consultancy. She also spent a decade in strategic communications and investor relations, including at Erste Group Bank, building deep expertise in regulated markets.

She serves as Ambassador for Blockchain for Europe and the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), lectures on digital governance and decentralization and is a frequent speaker on AI, digital assets, tokenization and emerging regulatory frameworks.
